[Realization] Town Center of Souprosse : Highlighting the historical heritage of the town center with a coherent, welcoming, and sustainable design

Materrup, Naturally Revealing Heritage

Because reconciling heritage preservation and urban development is a driver of territorial attractiveness, MATERRUP Low Carbon Cement is committed and offers communities, even the smallest ones, aesthetically pleasing and virtuous development solutions.

⛪ Built between 1860 and 1864, the St Pierre church continues to reveal its authenticity thanks to this arrangement made with our local and low-carbon MCC1® cement based on uncalcined clay.

The naturally greige hue of Materrup concrete, obtained from the Landes clay it contains, brings coherence and depth to this architectural heritage while meeting the imperatives of contemporary life and environmental challenges :

🌱  180 m² of permeable parking spaces landscaped with Materrup Grass Pavers contribute to soil de-permeabilization.

❄️ 75 m² of pedestrian pathways and convivial areas in brushed Materrup concrete combat heat islands thanks to its naturally light hue.

✔️ Like all our cement and concrete solutions, our local and low-carbon MCC1® cement based on non-calcined clay perfectly meets the needs of urban developments and harmonizes with the architectural and historical heritage of our municipalities.

Because creating beauty does not prevent us from thinking about tomorrow, our non-calcined clay cement always offers :

🌍  -50% CO2

⚡ -50% energy consumed

🪙 Economical solution with French (and Landes) manufacturing

♻️ Material derived from non-calcined clay waste in local circular economy

✨ 100% natural color
